My Dad donated the old dining room set to us as a sort of house warming present. We absolutely love the set up, but wanted to make it our own. There was also some water damage/scratches to the table, so we decided we could fix it all by ourselves and stain it a darker color. Pinterest once again saved the day and gave us step by step instructions. We're almost finished- just one last top coat to seal it all in then we'll build it all and eat happily ever after at our beautiful dining room table. Here's a quick preview of the first stages of the project.
